**PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING**


Concept Art:

Without concept art, we can't create! This is our visual guideline and we require you have a character sheet or visual reference to quote and produce a suit. If you don't have a sheet, we can refer you to one of preferred artists. If you are making it yourself, feel free to browse our Gallery to get ideas. You don't have to be a great artist, these can be pretty easy to make.

The other option, is to give us the creative freedom. This is lots of fun for us, and is a good idea for those who arent sure on exactly what they want. For example, a cute fox with green hair. We will create a genieric happy looking fox with green hair and the rest of the details will be at our discretion based on our expertise.

We are now enforcing accurate concept art very strictly, because we work directly off of it. For example, if we can only see one eye in the art, but the eyes are different colors, we will make both eyes the color we see. And that would make you unsatisfied with the final product. We really want to make you happy with your product, so we need to see what you actually want it to look like. "What we see is what you get". This is the most important communication of the project.

So please, to make the process go faster, and to save us all headaches, get the art done BEFORE you submit for a quote. Otherwise we will just email you with "Thank you but there will be no quote until we see concept art". :(

Note the clean lines, simple colors, full body, multi angles, face details, PG rating, artist credit, and do-ability as a suit.

Here of some traits of BAD concept art. We WILL NOT accept any of these:
- Photo of a drawing
- Pencil sketch
- Conbadge
- Single angle
- Link to someone elses costume
- Copyrighted character that doesnt belong to you
- Messy or hard to understand
- Above PG rating
- Anatomically un-able as a costume to fit on a person
Quotes:

Fill out our free quote request form to get a quote. If you are uncertain about something, leave it blank and ask in the description area, but be sure to give us enough information to actually work with. PLEASE link, upload, or email some reference art along with the request, and a detailed description of the commission. We will email you back within the week unless otherwise posted on our blog.

Quotes only by quote page, Instant messages and verbal discussions are not considered official quotes. Quotes are confidential and created based upon our best estimation of the work and detail involved. The more detailed the suit, the more the suit will cost.

Your personalized price quote is good for  6 months. After that, you will have to resubmit your information as our pricing system may have changed.

Please be unique in your ideas. Characters that are smatterings of color and are visually un-pleasing we will likely reject.  We are currently CLOSED for new quotes, we hope to re-open again soon!
Payment:

All Prices and quotes are in USD (American Dollar). Payments can be made in the form of US or CAD money orders, USD or CAD Checks, or PayPal (add 5%). New Canadian customers will be charged 5% GST on their entire invoice.

Orders will require a 30% deposit (minimum, but more is fine) of the full amount to hold your queue in line and to purchase materials. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please make sure we have your real and character name on the quote sheet so we can match the payments to you. A 40% payment is expected no later than one month before suit construction begins, as well as your measurements and/or duct tape dummy. Write your name on the duct tape dummy please. If you want the dummy returned to you, please let us know well in advance. A $25 surcharge will be applied to DTD's sent to us that are NOT taped back up.

Before we can begin work on your suit, we will need 70% paid in full (30% Deposit + 40%). Failure to do so will result in losing your spot to the next person in line and could add several weeks/months to your wait time. The remaining 30% is due upon completion of your product, and shipping charges are added on at this time.

We are flexible and can offer payment plans before construction starts.

If in the event you are unable to complete your payments by the agreed upon date, we offer 2 chances to be bumped back in line. The first is a few months, the second is into the next year, and after that you are taken off our list and put on hold until you contact us. Please, be sure to let us know of this situation as soon as possible so other people can enjoy their completion dates, and we can continue to provide more accurate estimations on dates.
Que & Wait Time:

Quotes do not commit you to a suit order or give you spot in que for creation. Only after your 30% deposit is received will you be in contract and be put in the que lineup. Suit order spots are on a first come first serve basis. Please if you have a date you would like the suit by, tell us and we will try to help you.

Please note that unusual or other large specialty additions may add more time (and price) to your suit's construction. The wait until your spot comes up can take several months, so please be patient. Constant e-mailing about the progress is frowned upon.

Once construction has started, major changes cannot be made. Construction takes 1-3 weeks, however please be patient with us as things can pile up quickly especially in our busy seasons. (January and June),

Shipping:

Please be aware that shipping is not included in the final price of your costume. Partial costumes and/or parts will vary in prices depending on their size and complexity. All products will be insured, and the buyer is responsible for all duty's and taxes. We can deliver your suit to any conventions that we attend. Please ask us for further details or check our Updates tab for upcoming events.

International shipping prices do not include brokerage and/or customs fees. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, and we have no control or knowing of how much these fees will be.
Warranty:

All of our costumes and parts come with a 6 month warranty to cover basic repairs or minor accidents incurred through use. You can either ship the damaged part back to us or deliver it to us at one of our attended conventions. Make sure it is washed and clean or we will not accept it. As soon as the repairs are made, we will ship it back to you. Mistreatment and / or inappropriate use will VOID this warranty.

We work very hard to make your costume as close to your design as possible and pride ourselves in our creations. However we are human, and our commissions are our best INTERPRETATION of your design into 3-D. Please browse our fursuit galleries and concept art sections to make sure you like our style of interpretation before committing.

We do enjoy challenges and chances to open up to new ideas. If you have a unique idea you'd like us to try, please don't hesitate to let us know about it.

We do reserve the right to refuse service. If we determine an idea to be inappropriate or too complex, we will ask for a revision and maintain the right to cancel if common conditions are not met. Our terms are subject to change at any time, so be sure to check up on this page often.


Regarding AIM/MSN messenger:

We prefer to not talk business over chat programs. Why? Because we want to chat to our friends, relax, and take a break from work. We already eat, breathe, and live for our costumes and work, so personal time is very important. If you have a business related question, please keep it to emails and we will take good care of you as soon as we can.
